Linux server + Microsoft Small Business Server and Microsoft Windows workstations
Fedora Linux is again used to provide email anti-spam and anti-virus filtering and Virtual Private Networking and works alongside Microsoft Exchange (Small Business Server) and Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft Office). The two server approach can provide:
- A centralised file server with fine-grained access control.
- Collaboration and workflow tools via Outlook and Exchange.
- Anti-spam and anti-virus scanning.
- A webmail and remote email facility.
- Virtual Private Networking for remote workers.
- A highly customisable FTP server.

We can offer an off-site back-up solution to both systems detailed above, save for the Exchange server, which will typically require a local tape back-up solution.
